Rentec Direct vs TurboTenant: Which is a better fit?

The product is best suited for property listing and property management. It is the best one can get in the market.

When notifying Rentec of cancelling and requesting an owed refund they simply ignored the 5 emails, and refused to acknowledge any emails.

Excellent Sales service and a solid program. Customization and all around great reporting software.

The only thing missing is the lack of phone numbers being included with the profile when possible.

They recently added a co-renter option for portal access, which is fantastic, and I'm so happy they added that. We have only had the service a month or two, but so far, we are pleased.

I tested this service with info on a person I know has misdemeanors. He admits to them and the local police department in Indiana provided a report detailing the offenses).

Information is formatted in a way that most would understand. Price is great and this is good for those with only a couple rentals or if you have 100's.

If you make an error in the accounting it's a little hard to repair. I would like an option to edit or either delete a transaction or be able to make a note and remove from the accounting error.

The ease of use and your ability to link all content from renter's application into your dashboard making it extremely easy for landlords like myself navigate through the software.

Company refused to do anything to reconcile the situation, fix the listing, or refund my money. M a working person struggling to pay for rental applications.

The software is easy to use and I especially loved the renter application and background/credit check process - super quick and efficient and I love the format and information it provides.

Refused to issue refund when property I applied for was listed incrroectly, and there was never any possibility of me living there.

It's very easy to use and quality leads that often turn to leases. I would highly recommend - better & more sophisticated than Craigslist.

I had a hard time finding the place to cancel my posting.

Especially helpful for prospective tenants to take care of every thing need for approval. The new tenant questionnaire was really helpful.

You likely won't correspond with the same person if you even get a correspondence. We received a notice that our account was suspended and they didn't specify why.
