I highly recommend CMW Platform for task management. Its robust features like scheduling, progress tracking, and notifications boost our daily productivity.

We have also found that some features on this platform sometimes are reducing our workflow, like lack of chat platform, bad report presentation and tables.
Overall experience have been great as the UI is amazing and smooth with lot of out of the box features and customizations.
Some programmatic bugs need to be fixed which dislike the feature.

Also, it has very limited number of customization option for the user.
It is very successful in case modeling and process management, it provides great benefits in assigning jobs to desired people, managing and monitoring processes parametrically.
If you have more than 1 flowable instance, you must consider this. If wrong flowable instance gets your process or job, it will be fail.
It's the best framework for the BPMN needs of a software. It has great UI and extendable framework to customize for your own needs.
Flowable is weak for cluster systems with 1 database. Because flowable works with periodic sql queries from the database.
What I like the most about Flowable is the user friendliness and the ability to quickly model things and showcase to business end users for short feedback loops.
Sometimes it becomes difficult to find the solution of your issues on Open forum.
It is easy to model and does not need much code development. Quite successful for managing processes, assigning them to a desired person or group, monitoring their status, etc.
We've seen more than a few bugs since we started using it. Usually nothing important but causes us a bit of headache every now and then.

Before Comindware Tracker, we were using Creatio. It wasn't working as good as we expected it to be, because there was so many extensive features in that, that we were not able to integrate it with other tools, but Comindware Tracker solved that issues for us. And it was really, really helpful. There are many reasons I decided to go for this tool. First of all, it was easy to integrate with other Microsoft tools, such as Word, or SharePoint, especially I would say. And it was easy to make presentation or workflow diagrams for the business leaders. It was easy to interpret our ideas in form of graphs and charts, which was not possible as effectively as with the other tools, so that was one of the main reason. It was pretty easy to get started. We were initially getting some go-to training or to-do training from the vendor. And once set up, we were able to manage and customize it a little bit as per our need internally. And I would say it was pretty easy to set up and then go from the beginning. I would recommend this tool highly for anyone, especially a business analyst who is involved into so many meetings and presentation with different stakeholders at their workplace. This is a great tool in terms of representing your idea very effectively. It's easy for others to understand the documents and the diagrams that you would make with this tool. I would highly recommend for anyone at that level of organization.
