I love how affordable it is. It is so simple and has been so easy to integrate into my website.
The problem is not with THIS software, the problem is with the over abundance of salon and spa scheduling software. There are literally hundreds to choose from and no real industry staple.
Very easy to use and reliable, customer service is over the top awesome, love the convenience of having online booking (for me and my clients).
There is no option for providers such as Nail Tech to be able to pair add-ons to their services. Becuase of this one and small reason I am unable to use this system.
Pop Up offers are also available while clients are booking which is fun and I had not seen this before this software. Also, the monthly cost to use such a helpful software is very reasonable.
I am very uncomfortable with putting this information in. It should go back to not requiring payment info or at least integrate with PayPal.
I've been with them for 8 years, and Im happy to see that there are more options, that are priced right, and offer superior features.
Unless you call mindless hours clicking on appointments to determine whether or not a session has been paid for each and every session for each and every client.
I love it , it is simple to use and does the big job in minutes. I love the the "automation" feature the most , it is a game changer.
There is nothing much to say bad about this software. Only this is most people are not aware of this platform.
I'd recommend, it is good for scheduling and pretty user friendly. The pricing is pretty reasonable for a smaller team to handle within their budget.
I don't like the ads and their placement. I dislike how difficult the interface can be if considering a very large number of possible dates or times, especially for first-time users.
It is a great tool to arrange appointments and gatherings, see who can come and when is the most useful time for such kind of events.
There could be a way to organize polls and mainly to dismiss unwanted or past polls that se no longer are attached to.
What I liked the most about this software is the variety of choices that I had to choose from in doodling. It was a great task to help pass the time.
I think it is a bummer that the connection with Google Calendar for instance is only in the premium version.
Alyse S.: Hi, I'm Alyse. I'm the owner, and I give Schedulicity a five out of five. For more reviews, click below. Before Schedulicity, I used just my Google calendar or a paper planner. And then as my business was scaling larger. I felt like I needed a more inclusive tool, and I began using Schedulicity. I want to say it was about nine years ago. I chose Schedulicity because it had an email list that I could use to notify my clients to keep up to date with them. Everything was kind of just all in the same place. And then as I was growing, it had room for other practitioners and lots of other services. It also seemed to have its own SEO, which helped my ideal clients find me. So at the beginning, I would say there was definitely a learning curve, but it was so helpful. There were YouTube videos that I could click on if I had any questions. And also, Schedulicity has a customer support, and they're called rock stars, and they are rock stars. If you reach out to them, you get a great answer. If it's not in the help section, they'll get back to you as soon as they can. And it's been really, really helpful. And then once I got into it and added other practitioners, it was so easy for me to be able to explain to them how to log in and out. So I'd say if you have any type of tech savviness, like you're able to check your emails, Schedulicity is going to be really, really easy for you. I would definitely recommend it. I would say that the only thing that is difficult or the thing that I wish that it had is being able to make different types of appointments available at different times. I had to create a whole nother profile for myself when I wanted to be in office versus virtual. Other than that, I would say do your research, see what other ones are out there. I checked out Mindbody. I checked out a bunch of different massage therapy rich scheduling apps, and I found this one to be really, really helpful for what I do. I think it's more like hairdressers and barbers that are on there, but for what I do, it works really, really well as well. So I would say do your research and come back to it, and maybe even do the trial. I believe there's a free trial where you can do a couple of appointments per month without being charged.
Justin: Hi, my name is Justin. I'm an English language arts teacher and a technology coach. I'm at a middle school of about 150 students, and I give Doodle a four star rating. Before Doodle, if we needed to schedule anything, it was constant emails back and forth, and people not paying attention to dates and times, and it took forever. Doodle really gives us the ability to schedule easily without the hassle of lots of emails back and forth. Doodle is nice because it's pretty simple to use. I can teach other teachers how to use it. Setup is easy and it really just gives us the flexibility and features that we need for simple scheduling. Doodle's pretty easy. There are a lot of ads and distractions on the page at times, so it can be a little hard to find what you need. But for the most part, I'd say it's very user-friendly, easy to teach people how to use, easy to set up and easy to get the information back that you need. I would recommend trying Doodle if you're having trouble scheduling. If you're like me, where you had emails slinging back and forth about what times people are available, it just really streamlines that process in a way that's simple, fast, and efficient.
