I have never worked with a company that had such great and responsive customer service. The product is great and the service is top notch.
You have to pay for unused users portion- e.g you have only 5 users but you still have to pay for 10 users. It is misleading that they list a price per user.

Sometimes on the android app its signs you out or completely fails to load. Re-opening the app usually fixes it but it can be frusterating.
It has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR procedures by cutting down on manual work. The centralized design of the platform improves HR's ability to work with staff.
WFM reporting not that accurate if there is no pay in timesheet, no show in employee attendance, no records can be found in report with WFM.

The Customer Service is really poor. I have been asking for this report that I used with the system that I used with the system I had used prior to Ceridian Dayforce.
Kendrick: Hi, my name is Kendrick, owner of Kenny's Kitchen, LLC. I give When I Work five out of five. The products I switched from before using When I Work, it was Square. The scheduling is okay for Square, but When I work breaks it down more for me, to help me more understand. So I love it. When I Work is when I work. I chose When I Work because out of the two to three other scheduling apps I looked through, When I Work, it gave me more of what I needed. Time, wage, how much I'm looking at for wages, for the employee, for the week, the complete breakdown that I need is why I chose When I Work over the other applications. Just enter my information for my company, enter the information for my employees, they even double check and do follow up calls just to make sure everything gets correct. So I really, really had an easy time getting started with that. Anyone else using When I Work I feel like applications such as this one are for any business, but they would be more helpful for small businesses like myself. Because depending on your number of employees, that right there is what you need. And again, they have great resources. They even have helpful videos. Any and everything to help you with learning to schedule, manage employees in your company, When I Work has it for you.

Using Dayforce helps keep track of when and who is showing up to each event. So when a brand ambassador is there, they will clock that time. When they leave, they clock that time. And any additional hours would also be clocked, including any type of market research like demographics, geographics, and the standard area of time that was used in the location of the event. Thing I like most about Dayforce, is that it's pretty easy to use. There's not a lot of training involved. And at the end of the year, you can simply go in and get your tax return. You wouldn't even need to print it, because you'll have it right there. The thing I like least about Dayforce, is it's too easily manipulated. So if you're using it on a mobile in a browser, if you go back, you would have to input all the information for a time card again. I find that really annoying. I feel like it should automatically save and it should be a little more user-friendly at this point. I have been using Dayforce for a really long time. And I think personally that it was easier to use before it became a huge brand.
