It is great- I can sign on from any computer or phone and access all of my accounts. They are great to work with for any questions you may have.
The whole beverage section and the way you enter your beverages is just way out in left field. Tied in with the last two sentences: the beverage packages management is also terrible.

There have been some issues though with the delivery of my proposals - their software if often sensed as spam and I have had NUMEROUS instances where my bids are not being received in a timely manner.

This has been wonderful for our catering orders. The online menu is slick and backend (mostly) easy to program.
Currently the format they have in place allows for 15 minute intervals but no option to close ones between the hours.
He is the absolute best. I have called sheet hours with an issue, and he answered my question through chat and even got on a call after hours to help me resolve the issue.
I am required to pay the tax rate of the delivery address and they vary making taxes complicated.
