You will also listen to their stupid prerecorded messages which play over and over the entire time.

Hubspot is really complete and it has an amazing API which you can connect almost any app to it. All our sales pipelines are on Hubspot Sales, and it does an awesome job.

So we use HubSpot Sales Hub for, gosh, like everything. That's what I really like about it is it can help me with every aspect of driving my pipeline, marketing efforts to leads and sending out campaigns and emails to tracking deals, creating quotes, scheduling meetings. I love how it integrates with all of my Google Apps, my calendar, my Gmail, everything just kind of lives and breathes in the HubSpot Sales Hub. So I kind of use it for every aspect of my role at my company. So what I really love about HubSpot Sales Hub is not just that it can integrate and interact with some of the other tools that I use, like my Gmail and my calendar, but my favorite feature is the meeting links. So being able to create custom links for different types of meetings has greatly improved the time it takes in order for me to schedule a meeting or a call with one of my clients or prospects. So just giving them a custom link where they can look at my calendar availability and quickly get that scheduled with me has been life changing. And the best part is I'm able to have it look at not just my work calendar, but also my personal calendar. So, my availability is true and to the moment. So that's probably my favorite feature of the HubSpot Sales Hub. So there's not a whole lot I can say that I don't like about HubSpot. I do know there's more powerful CRM tools out there, but it's easy to use. So I can't really pinpoint one specific thing. There's definitely room for improvement, but as a starter, beginner CRM tool, it's fantastic. So yeah, that's all I got on the cons for HubSpot.
