Youth sports clubs and leagues for any sport in the United States. We help volunteers, administrators, and organizers save time running their organization and thousands in registration costs.
Our web and mobile apps help teams, clubs, leagues, associations and and other organizations that need to save time with communication, scheduling, registration, rosters and more!
This software has some very nice features and does make it easy to manage your team or your club. Overall, it's a good software that could be great.
This is so inconvenient and bad design, its crazy. You cannot use the same username across the different logins/teams.
The ability to pull reports to help league management, sports connect and gamechanger relationship. Website options are great, registration is great along with volunteer registration.
The other is changing the name of "coaches" to "captains" for recreational leagues. We also have numerous users get lost on the volunteer/coach section altogether and then they give up.
I love the ease of use and the great technical help. The onboarding process was so great and the customer service aspect is incredible.
They sold people “Registration Insurance” through some April company that was absolute scam. We are canceling our account with this company.
They are always HAPPY to talk to you and always willing to help. It is really refreshing to call a customer service number and you can just tell they are smiling at the other end of the call.
It was slow to load when we initially loaded it but after it was loaded we haven't had any other problems with it.
I love how easy TeamSnap is to update games, tournaments and events for all of the families involved. Being able to intergrade the schedule to my phones calendar was a huge help.
Very slow, causes errors on its own, difficult to pay, charges extra fees for payment, view account is not possible. Give them money and no way to see if they show you paid.
It is easy to use, very intuitive, and extremely helpful. We love that it syncs calendars and makes communication easy among a team.
Site can crash and it is difficult to know when people do not have the information they need. Cost is high for people who manage teams that are low budget, close to $100 per year.
I loved the fact that you can share the schedule and update/changes to the schedule are real-time and you can choose who to send notifications to.
I was on an annual billing plan, but stopped managing the team half way into the year. There was no refund even though I stopped using the site for 6 months.
Pleasant experience, all the parents in hockey team likes it.
Overall took a lot of the pain out of scheduling logistics.
Natalia C.: Hi, my name is Natalia. I am the president of Pelham Bay Little League. We service about 230 kids in our community, and it is mainly comprised of volunteers that service the 230 kids. And we give Sports Connect five on a one to five scale, five being the best rating. Well, when I started working for the organization, we would do registrations manually, and it was mostly cash transactions, and it was a mess. It was hard to keep track of everything. We couldn't generate reports on the whim or if we were away from the office. With Sports Connect, we could access the system from anywhere, even right from our phones. And it makes running the Little League as a volunteer easier because we can't be there all the time. We all have our own jobs and our own families to attend to. Well, actually we got Sports Connect from Little League, but since then we've had other platforms come to us and try to sell us what Sports Connect was already providing for us. And I didn't see that they were providing anything different than Sports Connect was doing for us, so we decided to stay with what we were familiar with and just continue to grow with that. Well, I come from a job where I run multiple e-commerce platforms. So when I first started with Sports Connect, I had to learn the entire system from the inside out. It was difficult to start, but I didn't realize how many resources were available until recently. And once I got in touch with the reps and I was able to just speak to them on a day-to-day basis, either through email or I had an actual designated rep that helped me all along. Once we got that going, we were able to do so many different things that we didn't know we could do. Well, there was a lot of resistance with transferring our system from a manual system to a digital database. Don't fight it. It made life so much easier just because we're able to access so much information in a moment's notice. Before this, so many things, even just returning customers or returning players, you weren't able to retain information. Most people don't change their email addresses. You have all that information, you could constantly send out messages through text messages, through emails. It's easier to just have repeat players or repeat customers through the system. So if you're looking to change from a manual system to a digital e-commerce platform, this is the way to go.
Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Roger. I'm the director of marketing and I give TeamSnap a five out of five. For more reviews, click below. So what... The program we used before TeamSnap, was called Ramp. And it didn't quite fulfill all the needs that, as a coach, we needed for our teams for availability, for tracking games. TeamSnap was just so much better. So, we chose TeamSnap as an ease of communication with the players, the parents, to track the games' availability, keep track of communication between the coaches and the players. It has made everyone's life so much easier and much more organized. To get started with TeamSnap was very easy. It's one of the easiest apps you'll, whether you start it from your desktop or from your phone, it just works that easy that you don't even need to be all that familiar with the app to make it use for you. It's just that easy to use. For any coaches or directors of teams out there, highly recommend TeamSnap to make your life easier for yourself, your players, and the parents participating in the sport, which the ease of communication allows you with the team is spot on and you're not going to find anything better.
