SwiftCloud is the easiest solution for "set it & forget it" automated e-signature such as liability waivers - just drop a shortcode like [swift_signature] into your doc. $1 Trial & EZ Setup Wizard
It's simple, intuitive, and fast. It nice having a go-to document signing software that you just know is going to work - it's nice have that reliability.
And sometimes, the start up for some of our employees was a little frustrating and confusing.
The ability to review all the documentation at my own pace was important. I liked not having to search to where to sign on every page because DocuSign makes it easy to find and fill in.
I did not encounter issues myself, but for some reason the users seem either lost or apprehensive about the software.
This, by far, is the best user friendly, professional platform for signing documents. I love how quickly you can zip through it.
If it is delivered by email, it can also be frustrating if you are working from within your email account because you would likely loose your work page.
When you're on the go like I am and when you have to sign documents or send documents to be signed its wonderful to be able to do it digitally from your phone or tablet.
I worry about the security and how some one maybe able to hack into my account. Since it is an electronic signature it is hard to id if it is my handwriting.
In addition to having the documents signed and email, they also store a copy in the cloud which is great, saving us additional space. Overall we are very happy with Swift Cloud.
Struggle with bugs on a system that impacts the functionality.
Very nice, simple and clean with many features that we haven't explored yet, but it's great to know we have them in case we need them in the future.
Apart from minor issues that come with adaptation of any new software there is nothing really that we dislike.
We really like swift cloud they are great to work with and it's easy to use.
Interface can be a little confusing , many features means you need a little time to get used to it.
We have a very long application process so using Swiftcloud made it very easy. I like how smooth it was for my company and I to get in and fix what we need to in order for it work better.
Researched competitors, but found them to be too limited for our needs (or future needs).
Rilwan: Hi, my name is Rilwan. I'm the co-founder and product designer at ATIF Media Limited. On a scale of one to five, I'll give DocuSign a five. Thanks. Before we start using DocuSign, we used to use the Adobe Premium accounts. There's a email functionality there, so that was the only one we used to use before we had to migrate to DocuSign. Thanks. The main reason would be how easy it is to use the platform because we run a media startup and we deal with loads of creatives, so we have a lot of documents we always have to sign. And the ease, like I said, it's so easy to just get the signature from the clients then to us. So that's why we decided to start using DocuSign. DocuSign is probably one of the easiest softwares we use at the company in terms of how easy it was to set up because it was straightforward. It's step-by-step. You create this, you do this and all the icons on the dashboard aspect of it, they're very easy to understand as well. So it was really easy to set up. It's always dependent on the nature of your business. If you are dealing with loads of documents that needs to be signed and in timely manner and you need the signature to be legible and you need the document to be stored as well, then I would advise DocuSign for any business that needs document signatures to be signed. So yeah, I would definitely advise that the pricing is okay, it's very easy to incorporate into the business. The UI and the UX is easy and simple to understand as well. So yeah, thanks.
