It was easy to generate new reports and include all the important information or remove unneeded sections. The audits were very nice and didn't include anything that wasn't useful.
The content to wordpress tool - broken, technical audit tool - most likely the worst I have seen.
All in all, we have been happy with our Raven experience. The reports are very customizable and visually appealing.
It's operating system lags and can take time to propagate data, even on wired-fiber-optic internet.
It was a great experience and it's still one of the best experiences I've had with so many apps.
With all the amount of information, it is very hard to learn how everything works and connects.
The ease of connecting multiple datasources is great. The simple project management and profiles are an easy way to track campaigns.
I can't say is a con of the platform because the limitation comes from Instagram.
I love the thought-starter ideas as well as the suggestions for the types of post to keep my feed fresh. I love that I can schedule well in advance and the service is reliable.
We might as well post manually every single day, because we're watching the accounts so closely to see if there are any errors, and then having to correct those errors.
Overall, it is a fantastic program and so happy we have lifetime access to PromoRepublic. We recommend it to our friends and business associates.

Having tools for content marketing is awesome. Auto-posting and having a design app integrated is awesome.
Access to accounts constantly need to be reconnected. The app that they use to connect accounts doesn't work very well, and errors out.

When looking at Raven Tools, I came from just using standard Google Analytics and just wanted something a little bit more powerful from a reporting standpoint. Before choosing PromoRepublic, I looked at a bunch of other options. Probably the biggest one would have been Hootsuite to kind of automate my social media presence, and really just kind of the price of Hootsuite and some of the functionality of it just didn't really fit my needs at the time. Among the many reasons I chose PromoRepublic for my social media needs were its ease of use, the ability to preschedule months and months out, good base of pre-populated images and ideas to send out, and the fact that I could actually use it with my team, that we can both kind of get in there and do what we need to do and make sure that we're sending out as much social media content as we desire. Getting started with PromoRepublic was super easy. There's a ton of information online. And then just the layout of the interface was very user intuitive. It was super simple, both myself and my wife who use it with me. She was able to like jump right in and activate things and do all the stuff and make changes. And anytime it's easy for her, it makes life easy for me. If you're thinking about PromoRepublic, the only thing I can say is do it. Let's be honest. You have to be on social media to make your business thrive these days and PromoRepublic makes it super simple for you to do that. It gives you a ton of templates and ideas and they're very engaging with you in the customer service aspect of things as well. There's also a Facebook page. So yeah, my recommendation is to just jump in, do it. You won't regret it.
