It was easy to generate new reports and include all the important information or remove unneeded sections. The audits were very nice and didn't include anything that wasn't useful.

All in all, we have been happy with our Raven experience. The reports are very customizable and visually appealing.
It's operating system lags and can take time to propagate data, even on wired-fiber-optic internet.
It was a great experience and it's still one of the best experiences I've had with so many apps.
With all the amount of information, it is very hard to learn how everything works and connects.
The ease of connecting multiple datasources is great. The simple project management and profiles are an easy way to track campaigns.

The competitor analysis tool is particularly useful and gives great insight into the pages and words they are outperforming you on.
The downside is the tool doesn't always get it right.
The quality of their customer service was also impressive, as I was able to efficiently get in touch with an expert whenever needed.
Free plan is VERY limited. Sometimes it can be information overload.
I found CanIRank to be particularly useful because of its in-depth reports that provide detailed information about a website's health, effectiveness, and competitors.
I also got several errors during use. Some of the content suggestions are a bit low quality.

My recommendations for anyone looking at Raven Tools, if you're looking in the marketing agency like myself and are looking for a great tool that can combine a lot of resources like social media, SEO, ads into one easy-to-read report for both you and your clients, I think it's a great tool for that.
