I have been using Hootsuite daily for over 2 years and I am quite happy with it. It is definitely useful if you have several social media accounts and want to be active on all of them simultaneously.
Poor Customer Service and no credit issued when internally know issues are brought to attention. Meaning they knew about their software not working yet did nothing to notify their customer base.
It's got a free version with good functionality, the paid version offers some nice upgrades, and it does have Instagram integration. You can save posts as drafts to get around the scheduling limit.
Absolutely ridiculous!!!! As a small business owner every penny counts and this practice is unacceptable.
Such a easy and helpful tool for scheduling social media for an organization. I do not know how I lived without it before but I am very happy that I have it now.
It would be unfair to criticize such a software that provides planned and organized use.
What I love most about this software is its ability to track Twitter conversations. In fact, one of the most helpful aspects of this software is using it for Twitter and Twitter Chats.
Additionally at least once or twice the scheduled content has failed to post, and it is difficult to track these.
Great customer service & training. The Thryv team finds out what is most important to you and helps you with that first.
I cancelled after the first month for them failing to deliver anything at all and they charged me again 4 times in 3 days and claim I'm stuck with a 6 month contract.
The system is so robust and comprehensive, I still can't believe how amazing it is, and how few people I know who use it.
I am now requesting cancellation and they still giving me the run-around. I have made it clear that if I don't get a refund I will file a complaint with the bank "fraud" claim.
I am still learning and still developing new habits to work with this system, but I feel very confident that, because they are committed to helping me, we will reap a good ROI with this service.

It can not connect to a dialer system which i need really bad may have to get another crm due to this issue.

Previously, we were just using Twitter, and that just didn't give us the depth of scheduling and the ability to crosspost to multiple platforms. Hootsuite allowed us to do all the crossposting we wanted, and with our small business, we didn't even need to pay for Hootsuite. I think we got three separate accounts for free, like three seats to post to three different social media platforms for free, and we didn't need more than that so price was a factor. Getting started with Hootsuite was really simple. It was really just a matter of still having to create the content for social media. Hootsuite made it so we could just post it into Hootsuite, then schedule it, and it was ready to post. I mean, as soon as that date and time came around, Hootsuite auto posted it for us, which was great. I would say just jump in with Hootsuite. It has been the best software that we've used to help us with our social media in terms of posting and scheduling so that we didn't have to take time every single day and remember to post. We just scheduled a week, sometimes even a month in advance.

We are excited to be a part of Thryv software, which we give a five star rating. Well, we are with the Thryv software. It has helped our business tremendously to communicate professionally and effectively to all of our clients. We're able to use the Thryv software to gather and organize all of our client information in the database. We're also able to use the Thryv software to accept our electronic payments through their merchant system, which has been a great resource for collecting our payments, and also it's been a great blessing that Thryv also connects to our QuickBooks account and it'll change with that as well as our Google account. We use a lot of other Thryv features, the social media features. It's been great to be able to post social media posts on a regular basis about our business services we provide, as well as their website services which has created our website and continue to make the necessary updates so that our clients and potential clients are going to be up-to-date and up to speed about our company and the service that we provide. I have to say, everything. There hasn't been anything that I do not like about Thryv. We absolutely use Thryv each and every day. We rely on Thryv and all of its features. Since we've been using Thryv, it has assisted in providing even more of the growth to our business. So we absolutely utilize [inaudible 00:02:11]. I can't really say I would change anything about Thryv because like I said, we use it to the maximum every day. There's really not one feature that I don't like more than the other. If I could choose anything, it would be a little bit more effectiveness on the campaign, and it could be that I just need a little bit more education on it. But we do utilize the campaign ads, but like I said, I can't really say it's my least favorite just to give something out there. But like I said, we're excited to use Thryv each and every day in every way possible.
