ecoPortal vs SafetyNet: Which is a better fit?

Very positive and would recommend to others searching for an effective tool that allowed them to monitor their workplace health and safety.

The email notification timing on the risk review register appears to be 6 months in advance of the risk review due date. So these notifications are ignored as not yet relevant.

EcoPortal has helped our business take the next step in H&S management. Ability to easily track safety events, contractors, trends/severities and the ability to report on these has been great.

Cellphone app was having issues uploading photos when added to an audit report/ event. Would stall and refuse to complete the upload.

But what impressed me the most is the ability to have the data or platform altered even slightly to be more user friendly, accurate, and interpretable.

Some of the dashboard fields can be misleading - e.g. events in last month is not the last 30 days but the events that have occurred since the start of the month so if it's inconsistent.

I love how customisable it is to the business needs a d the team are so accommodating to get the best out of the product for your company.

N/a - the is very little I dislike about this software.

Having a variety of ways to present date is great, and I am loving VITA. As I learn more and more about SmartWork, I am liking more and more.

The update time of 10am EST/EDT makes it tough to start working with current numbers first thing in the morning.

I love that Safety Net and Predictive Solutions are growing and expanding on reporting options.

I love how accessible the observation/audit system is for my team in the field, and how customized it can be.

I like the ability to drill down to my safety inspections happening across my network.
