The email notification timing on the risk review register appears to be 6 months in advance of the risk review due date. So these notifications are ignored as not yet relevant.
EcoPortal has helped our business take the next step in H&S management. Ability to easily track safety events, contractors, trends/severities and the ability to report on these has been great.
Cellphone app was having issues uploading photos when added to an audit report/ event. Would stall and refuse to complete the upload.
But what impressed me the most is the ability to have the data or platform altered even slightly to be more user friendly, accurate, and interpretable.
Some of the dashboard fields can be misleading - e.g. events in last month is not the last 30 days but the events that have occurred since the start of the month so if it's inconsistent.
I love how customisable it is to the business needs a d the team are so accommodating to get the best out of the product for your company.

The personnel at Resolver has made the client experience a defining moment. SENSITIVE CONTENT], [SENSITIVE CONTENT], has been superb to work with and a good "partner/champion" for us.
After updating the risk content, the software will automatics refresh and will have to go through the list to find the risk I was updating.
Having previously submitted evidence from prior audits is very helpful during audits in progress. While the product is great, the support team is what makes the overall experience the exceptional.
User setup can be confusing when onboarding new employees into the software. There are so many custom items a user can have access to it can be difficult to identify the correct options.
I greatly enjoy working in the system, the Resolver team in fantastic and very responsive. Any issues that may come up (rare though they are) are handled quickly.
Lagging is a huge problem when several people are calling out checks at the same time and I cannot keep up because the program is running so slowly.
The product is affordable, and easy to use and track incidents. It also provides a great ROI and helps prove a security department's worth.
The loss of shortcut keys is a major inconvenience, and I really hope this feature is reintroduced in future updates.
