LogicGate Risk Cloud vs ecoPortal: Which is a better fit?

Our use of the solution is still a work in progress, but the experience has been great. LG personnel are supportive; The help desk is quick and responsive.

Not having a sandbox to test changes to workflows pre-production or a restore/undo button has been difficult for our teams to manage; making us hesitant to work on significant changes on our own.

The customization of the environment is amazing and never ceases to amaze me. It can be utilized by any industry and the flexibility is mind blowing.

Not having a free trial period is a crucial missing aspect of the platform, also not having a free version is a serious missing point too.

I like the flexibility to make changes to workflows, etc. to enable a continuous improvement model. In addition, the support team and leadership has been responsive to our needs.

The complexity of the system can grow with your business and your business' individual requirements. Our version of risk Cloud has developed over time along with the risk maturity of the business.

LogicGate is very user friendly and it is very nice that updates auto save.

Performance can also lag when dealing with large data sets or more complex workflows, which can be frustrating when you’re in the middle of something important.

Very positive and would recommend to others searching for an effective tool that allowed them to monitor their workplace health and safety.

The email notification timing on the risk review register appears to be 6 months in advance of the risk review due date. So these notifications are ignored as not yet relevant.

EcoPortal has helped our business take the next step in H&S management. Ability to easily track safety events, contractors, trends/severities and the ability to report on these has been great.

Cellphone app was having issues uploading photos when added to an audit report/ event. Would stall and refuse to complete the upload.

But what impressed me the most is the ability to have the data or platform altered even slightly to be more user friendly, accurate, and interpretable.

Some of the dashboard fields can be misleading - e.g. events in last month is not the last 30 days but the events that have occurred since the start of the month so if it's inconsistent.

I love how customisable it is to the business needs a d the team are so accommodating to get the best out of the product for your company.
