Designed for compliance professionals, website owners, tech professionals, marketing executives, and more.
Very positive and would recommend to others searching for an effective tool that allowed them to monitor their workplace health and safety.
The email notification timing on the risk review register appears to be 6 months in advance of the risk review due date. So these notifications are ignored as not yet relevant.
EcoPortal has helped our business take the next step in H&S management. Ability to easily track safety events, contractors, trends/severities and the ability to report on these has been great.
Cellphone app was having issues uploading photos when added to an audit report/ event. Would stall and refuse to complete the upload.
But what impressed me the most is the ability to have the data or platform altered even slightly to be more user friendly, accurate, and interpretable.
Some of the dashboard fields can be misleading - e.g. events in last month is not the last 30 days but the events that have occurred since the start of the month so if it's inconsistent.
I love how customisable it is to the business needs a d the team are so accommodating to get the best out of the product for your company.
N/a - the is very little I dislike about this software.
I love that Termly does all of the heavy lifting for me; all I have to do is input my information and they do the rest. I am so glad I found this website.
I worry that our clients are still able to be sued over things related to this as I believe Termly disclaims any liability.
Overall, I was happy that I made the investment and enjoy peace of mind that I am protected with legally responsible policies for my services.
What are dislike about term level being when I first started the program. It was difficult to make the policies into the language English.
Company is great as well. Price and pricing strategy has changed since I purchased but they keep renewing me with the price and terms that I originally purchased which is great too.
The customization is way more slow than I thought when ever I get into any trouble they response slow which cause delay in my work.
Really satisfied and impressed by the strength of this software.
I don't like the process of adding a new website to termly, however.
Sasha Z: Hi, my name is Sasha. I'm a senior growth manager at InsideHook, which is a entertainment media company and I give Termly five out of five. So we were using OneTrust for data compliance and data management, data mapping, CCPA needs of our company to comply with all the regulations and to take care of the data of our users responsibly. Unfortunately, it was pretty complex to use and not very intuitive and that's why we were looking for a new solution. Termly was attractive for the most part, because of the easy setup. When you just start using Termly, there's a trial and you can fill out a quiz which is very thorough and long. However, it's easy to fill out. Whether you're a data specialist or a legal team representative, you can fill it out within like 20 minutes, I would say, and that considers all the ways that data can be managed by your website and allows you to set up all the proper trackers for Termly. Besides that, Termly also conducts a thorough check of cookie management and other things that are important for starting off. The price level was also attractive for us, but for the most part, easy onboarding, intuitive use, easy setup. We received a code, a tracking code that we can just insert into our website that includes all of our parameters that we put in our quiz. So that made Termly really stand out of other options that we were considering. Termly starts with a trial and you can fill out a 20-minutes long quiz that addresses all of the data questions the way your company deals with user data, how sensitive it gets, what kind of policies, what kind of compliance level you need. It's very thorough, but it also takes care of all the potential risks. Makes sure that your user data is managed responsibly, properly and goes well with all the regulations that are out there. Specifically, we were also interested in CCPA compliance. That was an issue for us in the previous product we used so that was all great intuitive, and I really liked the part that you can easily get the Termly tracker code that you embed into your website easily that remembers, takes care of all the data needs, including CCPA compliance. So for those who don't have a data policy at all, Termly is great because you don't have to replace anything that's already there. You just fill out the quiz, embed the code, and you can start. You can have a whole package of data management products in one service. As for people who would like to switch, it's an easy to use product. They also have several levels of data management for companies that deal with more sensitive information like Social Security numbers or credit card numbers. We, as a media company, only deal with emails, names, maybe addresses or something like that, but still, Termly was easy to use for either case, whether you have more sensitive, more information that you collect or you just collect emails. So I think it's a good product and thorough, but at the same time, easy to use.
