ecoPortal vs EcoOnline Platform: Which is a better fit?

Very positive and would recommend to others searching for an effective tool that allowed them to monitor their workplace health and safety.

The email notification timing on the risk review register appears to be 6 months in advance of the risk review due date. So these notifications are ignored as not yet relevant.

EcoPortal has helped our business take the next step in H&S management. Ability to easily track safety events, contractors, trends/severities and the ability to report on these has been great.

Cellphone app was having issues uploading photos when added to an audit report/ event. Would stall and refuse to complete the upload.

But what impressed me the most is the ability to have the data or platform altered even slightly to be more user friendly, accurate, and interpretable.

Some of the dashboard fields can be misleading - e.g. events in last month is not the last 30 days but the events that have occurred since the start of the month so if it's inconsistent.

I love how customisable it is to the business needs a d the team are so accommodating to get the best out of the product for your company.

N/a - the is very little I dislike about this software.

An easy to use and access module with superb support if required. The team are readily available to help and all users benefit from other users experiences and upgrades.

Clunky interface, modules desperate for revision and simplification.

The customer service and support is excellent. The ability to schedule reports for automatic generation and other metrics are brilliant for busy managers.

There are always going to be teething problems when you completely change your operating systems.

The rewards of using both friendly and fit for purpose systems are great; our end users are very happy with both products, reflected in their positive feedback.

We had a problem with operation employees making their updates at the end of their shift and what could have been a 10 user account then became 50 users at one time.

Great service and support. Powerful off the shelf software with a fair degree of adaptability to ones needs and at a very reasonable price.

Chemdoc -There is no version number on the assessment form that can cause confusion.
