The search function, while logically, can be confusing, with many options that seem to overlap.
This is not a database for storing important information, it's for using important information. Because of the representatives, working with School Admin has been a delight.
They have a very limited number of API partnerships, they don't have an API integration with my SIS, so I have to export to CSV from SchoolAdmin and import into my SIS.
I like the funnel, the dashboard, and the filter functions. We are using online file review and so far, it has been great for the readers and the admission committee.

It gets really confusing sometimes with all the options and log ins etc.
I like the visual graphs. I like the ability to customize most everything and add all the info we want to receive from parents.
Attempting to update information has to be done per individual in the household with no option for everyone to update at the same time.

The most difficult thing about having online paperwork is making sure everyone has access and knowledge on how to use it.
