EventMobi vs Bizzabo: Which is a better fit?

The timely and responsive customer service offered by the EventMobi team was outstanding.

He only problem with EventMobi is that sometimes these events happen in places where connectivity can be hard to access, so having no internet connection ruins the purpose of the app.

Very smooth and seamless experience with using EventMobi. Pleased with the service and the quality of the application.

Attendees sometimes struggle with logging into the app because have forgotten password. Password reset often goes to spam or doesn't work.

The EventMobi team is amazing which is why we keep coming back to the product. We get excellent support and the app is really easy to use.

The incorrect links were inputted onto the virtual platform; this confused the attendees & speakers.

I love that you can make changes instantly - whether on your own, or with assistance from customer support. The follow up is always excellence, whenever I have had questions.

There are no CRM functions. The real downside to this is the marketing emails element- you can send emails and upload lists but you cannot export or see who is opening/clicking or unsubscribing.

I appreciate their responsiveness and passion for doing good work. Feels like we are all on the same team.

This tool is easy to use, but sometimes it is difficult to understand to operate it (I got a few complaints from my event participants) so it needs an update.
