HungerRush 360 vs Focus Restaurant POS Software: Which is a better fit?

I feel like Hungerrush allows us to focus on what we need to so that we can best be successful in our every day mission of wow'ing our guests.

The customer service is horrible. They raise the price by 30% in the middle of your contract without any warning or notice at all.

My experience has been outstanding. This is my first POS and I do not think that I will ever change.

They show you hungry howie as their customer BUT other large chain drop them because of their limitation of system, bugs in system and poor technology platform.

We like how it is integrated in our Revention system. I love how easy it is for customers to place orders quickly.

Terrible, so they allowed a manager who had no authority to sign me up and then they stuck me with equipment. Took 6 months to resolve an issues, and their resolution to me was, "not our problem.

It is very user friendly easy to navigate and make changes. Every screen is easy to understand and to the point in what you are trying to accomplish when making a change.

Gives error while closing, some items disappear suddenly, no cloud backup, for inventory module , you need to enter all info manually, you can not use it remotely and on and on.

We used Focus for 5+ years at our business and we are so glad we got rid of it. They charge 15% of your total outstanding gift card balances if you want access to your old gift card information.

I've directed the development of software for 20 years, and this software is bloated and largely useless compared to other options we have in 2018.

Focus really cares about our business and helping us to succeed. The digital sign feature and the ability to view reports on my phone are nice.

You should be able to have a negative tab account , that is the owners priority to do so not your to dictate.

I liked how you can set up quick tabs for things that you sell the most of and I like how you can customize it the way is best for your restaurant.

The service is just awful. Nothing gets done in a timely manner.

Focus is easy to use and the support we receive is fantastic. Any questions are answered right away.

But the service is the worst. Out of all the contractors we deal with this one gets the gold medal for terrible service.
