HungerRush 360 vs Kitchen CUT: Which is a better fit?

I feel like Hungerrush allows us to focus on what we need to so that we can best be successful in our every day mission of wow'ing our guests.

The customer service is horrible. They raise the price by 30% in the middle of your contract without any warning or notice at all.

My experience has been outstanding. This is my first POS and I do not think that I will ever change.

They show you hungry howie as their customer BUT other large chain drop them because of their limitation of system, bugs in system and poor technology platform.

We like how it is integrated in our Revention system. I love how easy it is for customers to place orders quickly.

Terrible, so they allowed a manager who had no authority to sign me up and then they stuck me with equipment. Took 6 months to resolve an issues, and their resolution to me was, "not our problem.

It is very user friendly easy to navigate and make changes. Every screen is easy to understand and to the point in what you are trying to accomplish when making a change.

Gives error while closing, some items disappear suddenly, no cloud backup, for inventory module , you need to enter all info manually, you can not use it remotely and on and on.

Kitchen Cut is technically excellent and so easy to use in comparison to the other systems I've used. The support is really good, Quick, friendly and helpful.

Some of the reports are not so easy to understand what they are actually trying to tell you, and there is a severe lack of guidance videos for these features and their real world applications.

The ability to ensure uniform quality on our popular dishes whilst keeping within our food budget is fantastic.

The confirmation emails are really confusing and if something is not available you don't know about it just on the day when you expect the delivery to arrive.

We are in the very early stages but already we have seen areas that we have focused on and the turn around is just amazing.

All seems good only thing i found, suppliers all failed to complete product sheets so showed errors, think we need a fool proof way to update data otherwise a big problem.

I am looking forward to upgrading soon as the increased functionality will help us analyse and control our profits and systems as well helping with training.

The reporting side and stock takes are not the easiest to fathom, nor is receipting invoices.
