The customer service is horrible. They raise the price by 30% in the middle of your contract without any warning or notice at all.

It is very user friendly easy to navigate and make changes. Every screen is easy to understand and to the point in what you are trying to accomplish when making a change.
Gives error while closing, some items disappear suddenly, no cloud backup, for inventory module , you need to enter all info manually, you can not use it remotely and on and on.
We love the online ordering & the ease of use for both the customer and the business. Overall we love this software and wouldn't consider changing for anything.
