The customer service is horrible. They raise the price by 30% in the middle of your contract without any warning or notice at all.
My experience has been outstanding. This is my first POS and I do not think that I will ever change.
They show you hungry howie as their customer BUT other large chain drop them because of their limitation of system, bugs in system and poor technology platform.

Terrible, so they allowed a manager who had no authority to sign me up and then they stuck me with equipment. Took 6 months to resolve an issues, and their resolution to me was, "not our problem.
It is very user friendly easy to navigate and make changes. Every screen is easy to understand and to the point in what you are trying to accomplish when making a change.
Gives error while closing, some items disappear suddenly, no cloud backup, for inventory module , you need to enter all info manually, you can not use it remotely and on and on.
I love how friendly and super easy to use it is to use. Especially because I can use my phone camera to take snapshots of invoices instead of having them scanned into my computer.
The inability to delete items can be frustrating, but I understand why it is there.
Very good, and I hope it keeps getting better. I'm very happy with the features it has now, but I see a lot more potential too.
Can become very confusing with so many options, some things are hard to figure out.
Customer service is amazing and probably the biggest asset. Reliability & performance across both desktop and mobile platforms is great as well.
Invoices are also a mess on this program. I should be able to simply scan in my own invoices directly, and all of the mapping/approving should not require multiple days and steps to complete.
Great team to work with. I love the product very user friendly and Easy to implement.
Also, when creating custom recipe batches, not being able to log them in inventory for an audit (might be a user error but I can't figure it out for the life of me).
Shea: My name is Shea. I work in the restaurant industry. I am a concept manager and I give Craftable of five. We use Craftable in our everyday invoicing, inventory, pricing adjustments, maintaining our costing levels, as well as our online ordering for an intercompany commissary that we all utilize. What I like most about Craftable is it is very user-friendly. It's also portable. I can do my inventory on my phone, which makes it very easy for me to go to different locations in the restaurant and inventory items that are stored in different areas. I also like that I can do work at home. I am not tied to the restaurant to do my work. I can finish up inventorying, I can look at invoices, look at pricing and costing, all at home. It's just very user-friendly. The thing that I don't like is, and it's a very small thing, is I wish I had a little bit more training. Luckily though, with that, it is actually very, very user-friendly. So you're able to find your way easily. They're very accessible with a chat and getting some online support. So what they don't have, maybe in an actual training class, you're able to find easily online, or even find because everything is set up so user-friendly.
