Really, all the things an employee wants to see and know without having to bug a manager for the information or use multiple systems. Pros Combines employee user needs regarding pay and scheduling all into one place. Automatically flips break types. Cons Carry-over hours from previous fiscal years is less user friendly to manage, same with correcting mis-punch hours that inaccurately earned vacation time. It was easy to make the transition from our other program to Buddy Punch. The intergration into Quickbooks is a plus too. The staff is easy to work with. When we have a question they have been right there to answer and help us to solve our problems. Cons We didn't find anything we don't like. We have had a good experience with Buddy Punch. We have asked questions and within the day we have answers. All these features are easy to understand and work great for my managerial duties. I have had zero issues or outages while using Buddy Punch's services. Pros The ease of integration and learning for Buddy punch took less than 20 hours for myself. Their support helped me at every instance which assisted in the speedy integration. It also eases both scheduling and payroll where both used to take a minimum of 5+ hours weekly to now less than 2 hours. I can also very easily keep track of vacation/time off requests when building my schedules ahead of time. Cons The mobile application does not have the same controls and features included in the PC browser version.
