Como sou eu que organizo a minha atividade, gosto de poder abrir a aplicação no telemóvel, fazer o registo rapidamente e depois consultar as horas quando preciso. As notificações também me dão uma ajuda, principalmente nos dias mais corridos. No início andei um pouco às voltas até perceber onde estavam algumas opções, mas rapidamente me habituei. Hoje já faz parte da minha rotina e não me imagino a controlar as horas da mesma forma sem ele. Pros O que mais gosto no Jibble é a excelente relação custo-benefício e a facilidade de utilização no dia a dia. É simples gerir os funcionários, acompanhar horários e dar aos utilizadores acesso às informações de que precisam. A colaboração entre a equipa também fica mais organizada, porque todos conseguem acompanhar os horários e registos de forma clara. As notificações são bastante úteis para não esquecer entradas, saídas ou outras situações importantes. Outro ponto que considero positivo é o suporte ao cliente, que tem sido disponível e prestável quando surge alguma dúvida. No geral, é uma solução prática, completa e fácil de integrar na rotina da equipa. Cons Sinceramente, não tenho grandes coisas negativas a apontar. No início, demorei um pouco a perceber onde estavam algumas opções e a configurar tudo como queria. Por exemplo, quando comecei a configurar os horários e as notificações da equipa, tive de explorar alguns menus até encontrar exatamente a opção que procurava. Como o Jibble tem muitas funcionalidades, é normal levar algum tempo até ficarmos habituados. Também acho que as notificações podiam ter mais algumas opções de personalização. Attendance were recorded accurately and it's convenient for everyone. Pros It's easy to use and I can easily track each employees attendance as well as their leaves for it's value it's already worth the money. Cons Sometimes there are errors wherein some employees cannot logged in using the face recognition or sometimes the log in was not recorded so I have to manually adjust their time in.
