There are times when the application appears to stall, especially in the My Saved Grants mode. I'm unsure where that problem lies.
Pro - Awesome customer service, great ease of use, grant synoposis provides information to immediately assess if it is a viable pursuit. Grant applications are available at the click of a button.
You can still get around this by logging in to your account, but it can still be difficult when viewing on a mobile device.
My experience with this software has been very good because the software is user friendly and easy to work with.
When you try to delete a "stage" you have to leave at least one file in there and can't delete it.
We've had much success with WizeHive Select and are excited about the functionality and feature gains for our Applicants, Reviewers, and Administrators using WizeHive Zengine.
The e-mails to references seem to get caught in SPAM filters fairly often, which creates some administrative burden to follow up with those persons.
WizeHive is an intuitive program that is easy to use for everyone including applicants, administrators, and reviewers, and their helpful support staff is always friendly and responsive.

Built-in Reporting Functionality, while extremely helpful, has limitations that cause it to be very bulky, restricted, and can make it difficult to use.
Emily H.: My name is Emily. I'm a program manager at Vermont Association for the Education of Young Children. And I would give WizeHive a 5-out-of-5 rating. Before we were using WizeHive, we were actually processing applications by pen and paper. So we had not yet chosen a digital system for intaking people seeking our services. We chose WizeHive in order to make a better experience for people going through our application processes, and so that our communication loops with them would be streamlined more effectively. And we also chose WizeHive so that our teams who receive those applications could have an easier time managing their caseloads. Getting started with WizeHive was relatively easy because they provided a lot of training via videos and also live training with a representative from their team who walked us through the functions of an admin and also provided a space to create a sample workspace, kind of like a playground or a sandbox, to get use of all the features. Before getting started with WizeHive, I would recommend being super clear on what your application process needs to look like in terms of your team managing that process, the communication loops you'll have with applicants, and just really speccing out the workflow so that the WizeHive implementation team can go ahead and create that workflow as you asked for. And then also, post-implementation, another thing to consider is how you are going to train your team to be able to feel comfortable using whatever the implementation team has created for you in WizeHive.
