It is also nice to have the comments section for both internal and recipient communication. The ability to "make optional" and hide/show certain amounts is a great feature.
Poor picture formatting and inability to download to word. When pdfs are downloaded by clients, they are poorly formatted.
Easy to use, awesome Customer Service from Gabe. Very stable, if you know HTML, CSS, you will be in the heaven.
There are glitches in the software, and sometimes data is lost. It is rare, but it has happened to us.
Have recently moved all our operations globally to Proposable - it's great, easy to use and the support is excellent.
As it is now, some of the calculations are manual (you have to start with monthly rate) and subject to errors.
We love the way our proposals look, the ease of use and how cost effective it is for our company.
The only thing I dislike about the software is that the quotes/proposals are designed to be tied to the contact record, rather than the Opportunity record. That is my only complaint.
Super intuitive UI, great features, allows for easy proposal management, enables cross-functional teams to operate on each other's proposals with ease, Templates make life easy and saves time.

It has been a pleasant experience so far. They are growing rapidly and the product is only getting better with time.
There were bugs which created problems to login or in some cases charge the customer.
I've been using Cacheflow for some time now, and it's fantastic for managing contracts. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and get things done swiftly.
They have also prioritized builds based on things that I have said are my biggest problems.
