Store Vantage vs Gingr: Which is a better fit?

Starting as a soloentrpreneur, this program was a great help. It was an inexpensive assistant that could handle online booking ,and reminders.

Online scheduling is so touch and go that I hesitate to even promote it. There have been no updates to the software at all.

The online booking was customer friendly. It is an affordable online booking program for startup pet businesses.

Problems with clients scheduling. The system freezes when they try to book an appointment.

I love the speed and flexibility. So my staff have the app on their smartphone's.

I did get a reply from a chat but it was short and didn't actually answer the question. Appalling Customer Service.

I really like that clients can add pictures to show their hair progress.

I have stuck with Store Vantage due to the lack of software for solo groomers. It was just right for me until it was essentially put on what I would call "auto pilot.

What we like best about the system is there is always someone to help us if we have questions and they seem to genuinely care that we are satisfied with their system.

They have no empathy for business owners in our industry and they are failing fast.

We try to offer our clients the best of everything and when it came to Gingr we knew it was an investment we would see a return on. Our clients love how simple, clean and accessible the software is.

I was turned off by the lack of customer service. One you pay, you’re basically on your own.

The customer support staff is dedicated with efficient customer care services. It gives us an opportunity to reach customers from snywhere and engage them on various pet care demands.

The software neglected to deduct credits off of packages for 2 days last month costing their clients thousands, anytime someone would post about this in their Facebook group it was deleted.

Not only is it easy to use, but it offers many great features that will help us communicate more closely with our clients and market our business. The customer service has been outstanding.

Some of the financial aspects were a little rough to navigate and sometimes had some glitches. Only place we're having trouble.
