When we came across, we've decided to go with another company that had a great platform, but not really what we were looking for. When we came across Kickserv, Kickserv was everything that we were looking for. It was able to integrate our payment system that we used with Stripe, kept up with the CRM. Very easy scheduling for our customers. Kickserv has been the best and we would not change it for the world. As before, we were actually using old time scheduling, meaning, keeping up with spreadsheet, making our own spreadsheet for our scheduling, keeping up with payments, keeping up with customers, who have we called and who we hasn't called. With Kickserv it actually took a whole load off of us and it gave us more time to focus on our business and actually gave us more time to focus on our customers. With Kickserv the scheduling is a breeze, it's easy. And we also integrate it into our company website that we have. And our customer just love how easy it is and stress free it can be for scheduling. Bringing in Kickserv with our company has lifted our load off our company. From the time of us speaking with the sales rep at Kickserv, getting all our needs that we needed, it was a breeze for the onboarding. Our employees actually love it. It has a map on there to show where our cleaners are and where our customers are located, which was great. But far as the onboarding, the number one thing I can say about Kickserv, that was the number one. And number two, customer service. My advice for anyone who's thinking about getting Kickserv, please do. Kickserv will actually relieve every headache that you have. Going anywhere, starting with getting your customer logged and onboarded, payment integration, and employee directions as well. Kickserv is the way to go.

We were doing everything manually offline. The reason for the switch, obviously, we wanted to streamline our business practices and operations and that's how we ended up with Swept. So when we first adopted Swept, it was an older version. Even in that older version, it had everything we were looking to solve, which was time tracking, inventory management, and an app to organize all of our inspections into one place. It also had a few other features that added more value to it, but we didn't... We personally didn't feel the need to use those additional features like communicating with the client or communicating with our staff at the job site. We used other tools to fix those problems. So getting started with Swept was a pretty simple process. It's not very complex. It's a very customizable tool. So we were able to make it work for our needs fairly simply. So if you're in the market looking for a janitor software, I highly recommend that you adopt some sort of technological tool. It completely transforms the way you do your business. Swept, since I personally have experience with it, I would definitely recommend that you at least give it a try. I don't know if they're still offering demos or trials at this time, but it's if they are, and even if they aren't, I would definitely give it a one month attempt, three months, a full quarter to really see how transforms your business and to see if there's value there for you or not.
