I've had to make adjustments in quickbooks and the communication with KickServ has worked great. I would recommend this software for it's ease of use and functionality.
Sometimes they were stuck waiting until I was available to process it for them since it is a small family company.
Kickserv also is very good about looking at improvements and moving the software program to more improved abilities. I can't wait for our company to grow with this program and company.

It also has a downside of being an online application, making it sometimes tedious to use when in areas with poor reception.
I also value MTM’s replacement of paper, which I believe benefits the environment. Furthermore the ability to contact anyone in the company has come in useful many times.
MTM can also be a bit ‘forgetful’ meaning that signatures and other details on paperwork sometimes disappear, making someone have to refill the forms.
This has made our level of efficient and effective communication between the office and crews skyrocket.
Have to keep refreshing and checking for updates. If you don’t have mobile data— it’s quite difficult.
I enjoy that MTM saves a lot of time trying to access information on your shifts, and also allows a user to get a god location of the job site, making it much easier to get to and from work.
Our field guys have picked up operating MTM relatively well, including one guy who struggles with technology.

When we came across, we've decided to go with another company that had a great platform, but not really what we were looking for. When we came across Kickserv, Kickserv was everything that we were looking for. It was able to integrate our payment system that we used with Stripe, kept up with the CRM. Very easy scheduling for our customers. Kickserv has been the best and we would not change it for the world. As before, we were actually using old time scheduling, meaning, keeping up with spreadsheet, making our own spreadsheet for our scheduling, keeping up with payments, keeping up with customers, who have we called and who we hasn't called. With Kickserv it actually took a whole load off of us and it gave us more time to focus on our business and actually gave us more time to focus on our customers. With Kickserv the scheduling is a breeze, it's easy. And we also integrate it into our company website that we have. And our customer just love how easy it is and stress free it can be for scheduling. Bringing in Kickserv with our company has lifted our load off our company. From the time of us speaking with the sales rep at Kickserv, getting all our needs that we needed, it was a breeze for the onboarding. Our employees actually love it. It has a map on there to show where our cleaners are and where our customers are located, which was great. But far as the onboarding, the number one thing I can say about Kickserv, that was the number one. And number two, customer service. My advice for anyone who's thinking about getting Kickserv, please do. Kickserv will actually relieve every headache that you have. Going anywhere, starting with getting your customer logged and onboarded, payment integration, and employee directions as well. Kickserv is the way to go.
