There seems to be a lot of clicks involved before I find the right one. Even then, some diagnoses I find are broken down into multiple diagnoses, which I find confusing.

I like the ability to pull the data by facility, quality measure, and other options to view the data. The readmission reports are excellent.

The system did not update my corrections to the claim until the most recent update. It seemed to correct the problem.

What I like most about the software is that it is very easy to use and the customer service is really great and helpful.

At times the program is slow and the cursor spins, this can be frustrating since time is always an issue in healthcare.

I think the product is great. There are a few features it would nice if it had.

Our providers are no long losing charges. Our billers can correspond questions directly with the providers and the exchange is tracked within the application.

We have a lot more to achieve and create in course of our journey to be the best renal care provider , the strength that stand out are.

They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If you are thinking about using their software, DO NOT.

User friendly, easy to use, reports are fantastic. Robust software which takes care of pretty much all the needs of a medical institution.

Now they won't respond to emails or answer phone calls because the product is TERRIBLE.

The way they sell you how good it is, and then once you sign the contract and hand over the cheques, good luck.

Anyway some modules, features like ICD cording, Inpatient and available report builders are really good. Also can be satisfied with speed of the system.

It covers everything ,, but manny missing functionalities inside modules. Means there are modules for everything , but modules need to have more functionality.
