Floranext vs RB Control Systems: Which is a better fit?

Super friendly staff, super easy website to build on and navigate through, and I wouldn't use any other floral website.

I can only imagine how much business we have lost as a result. For over a year I have been trying to get issues addressed to no avail.

Product is easy to user friendly, but customer service is amazing. Very quick response and issue is always resolved.

Seems like a new problem everyday. Printers not working properly with software and can't get anyone to configure printer correctly.

Overall I just love Floranext I've been with lots of other florists software companies and I should have never left Floranext I had them in the beginning and I'm glad I'm back for good.

The floranext program lets you make all the money. There are no fees ,no books to purchase , no percentage to give away.

We Love the Software, The People, and most of all the Ease of use, or the help available when doing things that are not easy.

Taking payments on House Accounts is difficult.

The one thing I like most about this software is, it come with the most amazing, courteous, easy to understand customer support.

Suffers from constant data corruption. This software also relies on SMB file sharing to run the program which is extremely dated method for business applications and is fraught with errors.

What is really great is the very good support team which is always helpful and very knowledgeable.

This left out employee in tears most days. They system did not integrate with our existing systems in a way that it was originally portrayed.

They are a great company to deal with and are always improving and adding new features to the program. We highly recommend the software to ALL pool & spa professionals.

Always having connection issues. No before and after pictures with time stamps.

One feature that is nice is the ability to attach photos to customers in their file. I attach liner drawings, safety cover drawings, etc to make it easy to reorder when the time comes around.

Signed up right before covid. As a result of this it was hard to get any assistance in the step up process.
