Your customer care department is always extremely helpful. Not only do they help to resolve our issues they have always taken the time to educate us on different issues.
It is very hard to learn at first and the new update in the portal is unwanted.
I thought it was very easy to use and the value for your money is amazing. But most of all, the customer service was great.
Confusing and difficult implementation process.
Once setup minimal change have been needed. All customization were very easy to update with wonderful help from the support department.
Containers that need to be added/deleted along with items that need to be separated into different boxes is frustrating. I go back to using the old format most of the time.
It's deeply appreciated and I thank you all again for the help I have received in the past.
Their initial, long timelines are bad but their ability to even meet those is even worse.
Purolator International has partnered with Commport for many years, and we have had great success with launching and supporting new products.
It's hard to resend documents when their sent with wrong info.
Awesome customer support, customized experience, straightforward and easy to use. Any issues we have encountered have been quickly solved by Commport's team.
Currently, there is nothing about Commport that I dislike.
They provide clear and concise answers to all questions, respond in a timely manner, and are overall a pleasure to do business with.
No need to add any headcount while opening more stores. We need to implement 820 with our EDI but it is our system's restrictions at this time.
I would highly recommend Commport's Integrated EDI for any future customers.
Joshua: My name is Joshua. I am the Director of Information Systems at Lewis Hyman Incorporated. We are a company of about 200 employees. At least half of those are utilizing TrueCommerce and I would give TrueCommerce a rating of five. Primarily my experience has been with TrueCommerce. Everything I've dealt with has been TrueCommerce until recently. I was hired on at Lewis Hyman Incorporated, who was utilizing an AS400 system utilized with TrustedLink. The reason that that wasn't working anymore was due to the fact that the 400 system is about 30 to 40 years old, so it's outdated. TrueCommerce was the rational and is the easiest solution to move forward simply because of the fact that it's integration with NetSuite. The rationale behind choosing TrueCommerce was due to the fact that firstly, TrueCommerce's integration as being a preferred NetSuite partner. We are migrating to NetSuite currently, and NetSuite is the backbone. So its integration with NetSuite is key and it's vital with that. Second thing would have to be the fact that just the functionality and the ease of use with TrueCommerce, you have the ability to look at it in the old school raw EDI format as well as a GUI format, and then the support and the experience that I've had in the past with TrueCommerce. TrueCommerce also comes in with a template to let you know needed fields and requirements just standard out of the box with each of these trading partners because they've dealt with many of them in the past and they have experience with each of these partners. So it makes it seamless to integrate them and implement them into your system versus having to start from scratch and go speak with the vendors EDI team, which is something I'd like to avoid as much as possible, and TrueCommerce makes that possible. When I started with EDI in general, TrueCommerce was the first EDI company I ever worked with. So for me it was extremely easy to work with TrueCommerce from the get-go. This is my first from the ground up TrueCommerce implementation that I'm dealing with currently, and it's been very easy to work with. They've been very amicable in helping us accommodate to our needs. If we have an issue, they help us resolve it. The company I'm at now, I was hired to fill a position that was previously filled by somebody else. So the project I inherited has a lot of history that wasn't documented. TrueCommerce has made so many accommodations for us with making these to get historical information, historical data, as well as also to be patient with this as we're trying to patch and seem these things together to move forward. So working with TrueCommerce, I've worked with them as a already completely set up system and learned it, and then I'm working with it in a system where I'm actually getting to tailor make it the way I want it to and to have them on both of those sides has been almost perfect from everything I've had to deal with. Implementations just straight to a vendor, EDI system implementations to an SPS or a CommerceHub, and it's one of the easiest EDI partners to work with out there because while I've had limited experience with the other ones, TrueCommerce just sets the bar as where it needs to be. Do your due diligence, create your wish list, your discovery requirements, documents everything that you need and present that to them, because the last thing you want to do with TrueCommerce or anybody for that matter, is to go into this and find out that it doesn't meet what you need and find out that you need to have a change order down the line and add a service on there. TrueCommerce has a wide variety of things they offer. They have a mapping manager where you can start doing mapping on your own. They are now integrating with API connections and to other companies in that nature. Not API. They're doing direct connections into some of our vendors through a e-commerce solution, where Target was the biggest one. That was just vital for us because Target wanted a direct connection. This required us not to have to go purchase a connection software. So this was just a fantastic seamless thing for us to be able to deal with. So if you do your due diligence and you plan out and you talk with them and you're upfront with them about everything that's going on with it, you will go into this and have the best possible outcome, especially because of their expertise and their willingness and ability to work with you.
