Kindful helps nonprofits understand their donors and waste less time on administrative tasks. Kindful is best for nonprofits looking for increased efficiencies and a deeper understanding of their data
From the organization's perspective the reports and specialized tools are very comprehensive and flexible, it is a great fit for our event and I would give dojiggy a great recommendation.
It was a bit confusing to set up the website at first.
I've worked with DoJiggy platforms for nearly 4 years successfully for multiple clients. The Pledge platform is clean, reliable and comprehensive.
Some features are not flexible and make it difficult for me to get my message across.
And your staff was super responsive when we had questions. Your FAQs are very thorough and helpful also.
It's cumbersome, you can't use the previous year's login info (making hard to remember yet ANOTHER login/password) and it's just not intuitive.
Now that we have fully used the software and that our donators have seen it, I believe the second time around will be even more successful. I love the fact that it was mobile friendly.
It is very restrictive with the types of changes and appearance that I want to do. I am not sure we will continue using this service and software.
My favorite things about Kindful are the ease of use - it's super user friendly especially on the backend. Clear, simple, and lots of options for reporting.
M aware you have to pay for the hardware and employees on your side. Sometimes the deposit into my nonprofit bank account from the Kindful direct withdrawal seems to take too long.
Kindful is a wonderful software, with a really strong customer service team. I have used a number of platforms over the years and I find Kindful to be my favorite.
Implementation and customer support was very poor.
Wealth Insights" has been remarkably beneficial in help me know what the right "ask" is. Integration with other platforms such as mail chimp and quickbooks is wonderful.
But I feel that we are struggling to get it working the way it should or to fully meet our needs.
I really like the automated features that is like having a second person helping me. The ease of use is great for all levels of computer use knowledge we have in our organization.
Usually, if there is something that isn't easily available, the Kindful team will find a work around for the problem.
Briana: Hi, my name is Briana. I'm the CEO of a nonprofit. For Kindful, I rated a three out of five. For more reviews like this, see below. Kindful was our first major platform of that nature. Before, we were just making it work with Google Sheets and actually GoFundMe through just getting our initial donor databases built out. So as we were migrating from the very early days to a little bit slightly more advanced, we went with Kindful to assist with CRM and donor database management. So, a salesperson had actually approached me on LinkedIn, and I had never heard of it before, so I did a little bit of research. And not being familiar with other options or products of that nature, our team took a look and thought that it would be a smart investment. So from there, we pretty much just moved everything into the prospecting stage and were able to get set up within about a month or two of that outreach. So it was pretty robust. They had us meet with a pretty large team, relatively speaking, and there were a few points of contact that we worked with to get the initial account built out, because it wasn't super user-friendly and intuitive so they had to walk us through the Sandbox feature and the dashboard and all the different capabilities. But with their help, we were able to figure it out. And then also we had some volunteers on deck at the time internally that were able to expedite the onboarding and setup process. I would say definitely do some research and make sure that you feel it's worth it, because they did come at a cost of about $200 a month in our case. So especially if you're very early stage and have to be very cost-conservative, I think that it would be wise to evaluate free platforms just while you're getting started, especially if you don't see a long-term vision for the use of it. If it's more experimental, I definitely don't think that it's something to go all in on financially super early on. But if you do feel like it'll have a lot of value for you over the duration of your organization and fundraising period, then go for it.
