So easy to use with my small business. Thank you for all of the wonderful features and tracking purchases/reports.
I have tried two other online schedule systems prior to square. Both proved to be complicated and confusing for myself and my clients causing many missed appointments by both of us.
I think my overall experience with square appointments booking system has been a great one. I rarely had to contact support and when I have any issues were resolved swiftly.
If you encounter a problem it can be very difficult to find the contact number for customer service through the square site.
What I liked the most about square appointments was the ease of being able to input my information about my schedule so clients would be able to create appointments effortlessly.
The only problem with it is that typically our clients just want black and white, yes or no, a or b.
Not only is it affordable, but it's straightforward and easy to use. I have tried many of the other appointment booking services out there and I find Square to be the most reliable.
We set up the schedule, blocked out times, and were able to make exceptions.
The ease of use is amazing, the functionality is great too. I love the concept, to have others book their appointment with you avoids all the back and forth with this product.
Complex customization of emails and if you do a warning tells you that it might not work in the future if you custom outside of their standards.
The tutorials are very helpful, and the support team is awesome. I used Chat Support to help me set up my Schedule Once.
Our scenario is unique but this is a frustrating part when you are trying to configure 5 different accounts to all work together for bookings. These 5 accounts aren't all people.
I love the simplicity of the look and feel. I love the fact the free version provides some of the pro features with limitations but grateful for what is available.
There is no way I can downgrade the plan for a limited duration. As in I cannot pause usage of this account if I am sure I dont use this for a month.
Overall, we absolutely love this platform. The pricing is very competitive, the platform works flawlessly, and it's perfect for all of our needs.
At some point, I suspect we will be making the switch to Calendly.
Carolyn B.: Hi, I'm Carolyn, owner Carolyn's Mobile Cat Grooming, it's a small business, and we give Square Appointments a four out of five stars. Prior to using Square we were using a patchwork of applications and we thought moving into Square Appointments would bring it everything into one space concisely for us. I really like that Square keeps us organized, and I also like their reputation. My customers are comfortable with it, they know them, and we're able to move on to the business at hand. Setup process was a little bit cumbersome for us as a company, just because of the massive numbers of contacts we already had with Google. The syncing isn't perfect with Square as far as syncing contacts from communications in say Google Workspace and then onto Square, you have to create a whole document, and then there's duplicates and issues with it being formatted correctly. However, their customer service is at hand and they're very patient and they're happy to help figure out any problems that you come across. They do have a service where they'll do it for you and format it for you, but again, I spent a couple of months fixing that for our company. Otherwise, I found their setup process to be easier than some. You get bombarded by a lot of steps that you want to take. However, they do offer a step-by-step list so you know, oh, you completed this step, you haven't completed this step, so it does help you keep organized in that respect. I would definitely ask Square to upgrade their syncing across platforms such as Google Workspace and Google Contacts, but other than that I was pretty happy with the initial setup process. If you're thinking about using Square Appointments, I would start slow. They have a lot of bells and whistles that you can purchase, but it's easier to grow into their product than it is to start large and then move back a little bit. They have some really great basic options that have a lot of tools available, you may not necessarily have to start on their largest package. I like Square and I'm happy to be with them.
Anastacia: Hi, my name's Anastacia. I'm an account manager and I would rate ScheduleOnce a four out of five. And for more reviews, click below. So we switched over to ScheduleOnce from Calendly. We made that switch because ScheduleOnce offered a lot more, whereas Calendly the integration features were a little lacking. And for the price that we were paying for the premium subscription to Calendly, we just felt that it needed to offer more services as far as what we can integrate with, so we made the switch. We chose to go with ScheduleOnce after testing a few different options. ScheduleOnce just made the most sense to us because not only did it offer the integration features that we needed at the cost we wanted, but also it was super easy for us to set up our team, our dev to set up for our clients. And our clients found the ability to use ScheduleOnce's interface very easy. Getting started with ScheduleOnce wasn't that difficult. Once we were able to get into the system after we got our premium subscription it had awesome tutorials as far as just how to link everything together. Our dev team already was familiar with the interface, so plugging it into our databases was a breeze. And getting everything set up for our clients to use on their end so that it's client-facing was also very easy. ScheduleOnce had great guides to help us through the process. The advice I would give to someone that's looking into getting a system like ScheduleOnce is to give it a try. They offer a great free trials period that you can actually dig in and give it a little quick test drive, make sure that it's right for you. And make sure that it's right for your clients and that it's easy to use. And make sure that it has the right API connections and integrations that you need.
