The interface can be a bit overwhelming at first, with a large number of available features and settings that can be difficult for a new user to navigate.

Also, I have experienced some delays from time to time, and while they are minimal, they can be frustrating in a rushed situation.

Nortek's solution is customized to our specific needs without the huge price tag. Their customer service team is prompt to respond and is committed to providing exceptional service.

Any questions by our database person were answered and dealt with immediately. I highly recommend Nortek.

I am excited to find out what more this brilliant website can do for me and have already been booked in for a step by step tutorial.

Only other criticism would be that at times, there have been software glitches i.e organizational chart was not populating.

User friendly and quick to roll out through the organisation. Appraisd staff are engaged and only too eager to help to ensure you benefit from the system as a manager and an employee.

At first glance a well-designed objective setting tool - but frustrating to use on practice.

Appraisd is a wonderful tool equipped with user-friendly components which is great to be used not only by the HR people, but also by other departments as well.

Now, none of our managers/employees do not have an excuse of complexity as a reason not to use the system.

Great interface, user friendly system with clear instructions and excellent support workflows. The guidance and support I've needed from the Appraisd team has always been exemplary too.

Given the simplicity and limited functionality it should be much more intuitive to use. Logic of new v old objectives, and completed v live objectives is not well worked out.
