Also, I have experienced some delays from time to time, and while they are minimal, they can be frustrating in a rushed situation.

Nortek's solution is customized to our specific needs without the huge price tag. Their customer service team is prompt to respond and is committed to providing exceptional service.

Any questions by our database person were answered and dealt with immediately. I highly recommend Nortek.

They are amazing at working with us, listening to our ideas for updates and new functions. They really are the best.

For me, once a hiring manager disqualifies a candidate the applicant disappears and becomes out of sight, out of mind.

I love the ease of use for hiring managers and the mobile friendly capabilities.

I'd have to think really hard on this because the ExactHire system does what we need and more.

The customization of roles and workflow was very nicely done, the controls are intuitive, user friendly, notifications and various triggers are good and can be modified as needed.

Unfortunately, in this job environment, and in our field, no one want to go the extra step needed to use the features you provide. They would rather just submit a resume and be done.

Good app for HR management, I appreciated the document module which made the paper work easier in the onboarding process and all the documents were in one place.

I've not discovered anything I don't like about the software yet.
