Pros 7shifts still remains a really simple and easy tool to manage schedules, clock ins/outs, and overall tool for tracking employees and for employees tracking schedules. I really like the new improvements with the scheduled were it is clearly text/colours to see who is working when. The change where you can also see you scheduled and upcoming shifts while clocking in is also a bonus feature. There seem to have been improvements with glitches too, where there is less freezing or errors occurring compared to before. Cons No dislikes noted over the 2025 year as upgrades have improved tech issues and errors, and have improved overall efficiency and functionality. It seems as if this company has mastered the art of getting hours in accurate calculations for payment down to a Science. Cons One of the only downsides 27 is that the app sometimes crashes and it’s hard to understand which amount of hours are being calculated and then with American companies they use it.
