Mitratech HotDocs vs Jotform Sign: Which is a better fit?

Also, the help page is incredibly helpful, I hope people are using it because it is nothing like the usual help page programs have.

It is difficult to understand, difficult to set up, and difficult to work with. I have read the instruction manual, taken the the three day course, and am still having problems with setting it up.

I love the integration with Wealth Counsel and the customization that it allows with the word documents I produce for estate plans.

Beware of entanglement with the new owners of this software. They will suck you into a monthly subscription scheme which is virtually impossible to cancel.

It if very comprehensive-regarding surrogates courts and real estate documents. The tax forms are wonderful and helpful.

If you don't use it daily, you have to retrain yourself. I get inscrutable update messages and am fearful ty try.

Ease of use with other programs, customer service is very responsive, and documents look professional and clean.

Also recently developed author has many restrictions and lack features which are often used in developer.

I like the many contract and proposal management features.features. This software has best electronic signature capabilities.

Which confused a lot of individuals in addition, the email landed in many spam/junk folders. Which defeated the purpose of being able to import addresses and directly share/email.

I have spent a good amount of time together with my team to set-up the forms. We have saved a lot in cost and time by using this service and it's quite hassle free once it has been properly set-up.

We really need to be able to send to several people and they can decide who signs it, vs us picking one recipient who may not be the signer and then the Jotform Sign goes ignored.

Custom fields can be a little confusing with the layour.

I like JotForm for its ease of use and seamless implementation.

If conducting a survey, limiting the amount of responses is a drag.
