Square 9 vs Mitratech HotDocs: Which is a better fit?

From implementation to completion, it was apparent that our satisfaction was Square 9's top priority. I'm happy to report that they earned us as a satisfied customer.

Reduction of physically stored paperwork as well as a reduction in lost paperwork.

I like that Square 9 can not only store our documents and separate them into convenient archive folders, but we also appreciate that it handles all of our approval workflow processes.

Training can be outdated and sometimes answers can be flat out wrong on quizzes.

Ease of use, reliability. I like how easy it is to search for documents and to export files.

The one drawback to Square 9 is the delay in downloading. It seems to lag a bit at times.

Super happy with our implementation so far. We're just getting into things now.

Not easy to set up user's permissions, problems installing Extensions for some users.

Also, the help page is incredibly helpful, I hope people are using it because it is nothing like the usual help page programs have.

It is difficult to understand, difficult to set up, and difficult to work with. I have read the instruction manual, taken the the three day course, and am still having problems with setting it up.

I love the integration with Wealth Counsel and the customization that it allows with the word documents I produce for estate plans.

Beware of entanglement with the new owners of this software. They will suck you into a monthly subscription scheme which is virtually impossible to cancel.

It if very comprehensive-regarding surrogates courts and real estate documents. The tax forms are wonderful and helpful.

If you don't use it daily, you have to retrain yourself. I get inscrutable update messages and am fearful ty try.

Ease of use with other programs, customer service is very responsive, and documents look professional and clean.

Also recently developed author has many restrictions and lack features which are often used in developer.
