SiteMinder vs NightsBridge: Which is a better fit?

I love its reliability and consistency of its work. The sales team and support team are professional and helpful.

The Bookingbutton from Siteminder is the worst we have come accross.

The support for new set-ups is amazing and couldn't be better. From the technical part like developments and features we would be happy for some update of what is in the making.

Also if you take payments yourself and not with their products - the invoice will not update the amounts correctly. All invoices were wrong in amount and direction to the customer how to pay.

Overall this is one of best systems ever and very user friendly, which is very important.

The worst I have experienced. In fact it is non existent.

Siteminder is a powerful software (channel manager) that used so far, and is reliable and stable.

Date picker widget is useless, just a square box with no options at all, customization not possible. Reservation dates (check in/out) are delivered not in UK format.

Nightsbridge provides an easy to understand management platform. Easy to use, good app interaction and I especially love all the tools and reports that help me with my monthly Books.

I don't like the feature where Nightsbridge issues invoices to clients 'on our behalf' that interferes with our numeric invoicing complicating our admin and control.

EXCELLENT customer care, always friendly, helpful staff on call to assist when needed.

Did not get good support with Expedia problem. No one took ownership with problem and "kept passing the buck.

Ease of use, reliability and as mentioned the great support when we need it.

The only problem I have is having to move guests to other rooms without having to first cancel the booking and then re-book in another room.

The customer support is absolutely outstanding. Very user friendly program.

It would be helpful to have a "drag and drop" function to move bookings around.
