TeamSnap vs Engage Sports: Which is a better fit?

I love how easy TeamSnap is to update games, tournaments and events for all of the families involved. Being able to intergrade the schedule to my phones calendar was a huge help.

Very slow, causes errors on its own, difficult to pay, charges extra fees for payment, view account is not possible. Give them money and no way to see if they show you paid.

It is easy to use, very intuitive, and extremely helpful. We love that it syncs calendars and makes communication easy among a team.

Site can crash and it is difficult to know when people do not have the information they need. Cost is high for people who manage teams that are low budget, close to $100 per year.

I loved the fact that you can share the schedule and update/changes to the schedule are real-time and you can choose who to send notifications to.

I was on an annual billing plan, but stopped managing the team half way into the year. There was no refund even though I stopped using the site for 6 months.

Pleasant experience, all the parents in hockey team likes it.

Overall took a lot of the pain out of scheduling logistics.

They have SUPER AWESOME response time to any issues that you have and are willing to go above and beyond to help in any manor needed.

It's difficult sometimes to make edits because our group consists of a Board of Directors that change yearly. This causes some loss of knowledge transfer.

Tremendously supportive we have been with engage for over 10 years. Highly recommend their services and we appreciate all they do for our Association.

I don't really have anything that I dislike about the software. It is suitable for what we need it for.

Engage Sports, is an Excellent choice for anyone to use for their website support. Easy features an excellent customer service.

Engage has been excellent in the area of customer service. They are extremely quick to respond when we have questions or concerns and often resolve any issues very quickly.
