This one is our favorite, and the most powerful opportunity for us is our future use of online connectivity to powerful statistical packages.

I like how Apricot is a website for the front end and a data base for the back end. This is great for non profits who are starting off who need member management.

Easy to use and very friendly, great application and integrates well with other applications.
I hate that I have to type in most of the info at least twice because it doesn't save from one page to the other.
However, once I was assigned a strong project manager and analyst, things moved pretty smoothly. There was excellent communication, quick response, and a willingness to work through any challenges.
The inability to upload csv files. Some of the forms are standard reports are hard coded with the inability to make changes.
The features are fantastic, and the ability to customize pretty much everything has been game-changing for our ability as an agency to track very specific items.
Since I don't always have all the required information I am unable to complete some forms. In addition, at one point in time I could not perform some functions for entry but the error was corrected.
The greatest advantages for us with regards to CaseWorthy is the ability to customize forms, workflows, and roles so that we can utilize the system exactly as we would like.
Additionally if there is a problem, CaseWorthy fixes it right away- often before the next month code release.
We are very pleased and consider our selection of CaseWorthy to be a very worthwhile investment which will gain tremendous efficiencies in our operation.

From there, you can take everything that you have learned and be able to build out everything you need across your organization, whether that's just one additional module or 15. Once that's up and going, we're able to tailor it exactly as our employees need, and you have those skills and tools with, after the implementation team, their customer success team to help you along the way and make sure you're never lost. I would highly recommend anyone who's looking for some solution to take a look at Bonterra and really meet with their team. They do know what they're doing. They've worked with multiple different industries across the board and will be able to, again, tailor it exactly as you need. If there's one solution, this is it.
