The ease of setup and configuration with new users and settings. Tech support has been great in any situation were we needed help or had questions.
However, you lack of support for the scanner is very disappointing and since then, I have not used the system.
What I like the most about this platform is its ease of use and comprehensive functionality. I can request digital signatures on any document and customize every aspect of the transaction.
We had a problem where we lost information and the it department has yet to get back to us about a practice to be sure that never happens again.
I have had an excellent experience learning to use eFile. It is intuitive and the customer service I've been given is amazing.
I use to be able to drag a PDF file over to the Rubex but now I have to drag it over to the desktop first then drag it into Rubex.
The best feature in this software is the "help" automations that literally walk you through the different activities you may want to accomplish in the software.
Sometimes the check in/out feature fails and the software has to be reloaded on desktop. Also, the email feature worked in the beginning but no longer does.
The ease of accessing the documents for your end user is super simple and quick too. I highly recommend this product for your document-sharing needs.
Small problem download form editing features are limited.
Ignition has seen an immediate benefit from the ability to share content with our CFO team and clients using SDV.It's super simple and does just the tricks we need.
But since we have to translate English into Hungarian, this is a minor problem for us sometimes.
I'm interested in learning more about ShareDocView because it has a lot of useful features, even for our business. The user interface is quite slick, and the authorization settings are excellent.
Nothing glaring that I feel is missing to point out.
The tool offers a very clear structure for organizing documents. The ease of adding and sharing documents, as well as the alerts are very Good and reliable.
In the first place I've faced difficulties with bugs, because the Watermark must be in PNG. I did not know and this bug was not reported.

My field of work, there's a lot of paperwork, and a lot of repetitiveness, and it's easy for me to use Revver and be able to organize these documents and not get them mixed up, and find the one I need to find very quickly. It's exactly what I was looking for. It's an easy setup. It's simple, it's to the point, and there's no extra mumbo jumbo, and it's just what you're supposed to do. It's the pricing tiers are just a little on the high side for me but yeah. That would be the only thing I change is just making ... more accessible, price-wise.
