Matthew: My name is Matthew. I'm a CPA from Strat Associates, and I give Acuity five out of five. We use Bookedin first, and we switched away from that because they kept increasing the price and it got a little too expensive, and I researched probably 10 other options before I went with Acuity. I chose Acuity because it had capabilities to connect with my Outlook calendar, so I could have everything show up in both spots, and then I could also have our clients schedule appointments directly from our website. Onboarding is very easy to get going. It was a little bit of hiccup with some of the app integrations that they had, but we were able to get going with their customer support agents. I would say for what we use it for, it works perfectly and I'd highly recommend giving it a try at least.
