Love the visual aids in identifying status of orders. Integration with Quickbooks is excellent and seamless.
The main complaint that I have about this product is, the not so much the lack of MRP but the inability for Fishbowl to schedule materials plannings automatically.
Fishbowl has great customer service, and their support and availability during the setup phase of implementation has been excellent.
Can't pull accurate report on inventory valuation summary, excel export is garbage and hard to sort, can't sort valuation summary by date, and all reporting feature are just bad.
Although it is an easy system to work with, I would highly recommend to invest a bit more on the Implementation package, which we did and are very happy we did.
Hard to fix problems without having to talk to fishbowl. But they are usually very responsive when i have a problem.
Fishbowl's ease of use, excellent documentation, and use of wizards were key features we fell in love with. We have been using the software for two and a half months now and have never looked back.

The fact that you cant change the item description or the item specifics after import is a problem for me, as well as the high price.
It has multiple features and tools to manage your dropshipping business, great supporting customer service.
As it lags from time to time on my side. However, I believe it may happen due to my laptop's issues.
I liked the Manual listing non-API option the most, as I am using it to dropship on eBay and highly recommend the others as well.
