Alumni Engagement and Career Services teams within higher education institutions and K-12/independent schools.
Logical functionality, most bang for the buck, superb customer service, ease of reporting, simplicity of gift upload, great synchronization with other vendors (Constant Contact and We Pay).
There are so many other features that could be included that would make this star star product but sadly they are missing.
Generous free trial period, helpful initial startup pointers, intuitive and easy to set up and use, fast and robust reporting, secure cloud hosting, great value.
The UI is probably the worst thing about it. It has a very out-dated look compared to a lot of newer website applications.
It is also flexible so that you can easily customize it to work for your own context. Their customer support is amazing; it is personal and responsive.
All the questions and problems I have had have been dealt with via their knowledge base, online training documentation and videos and their periodic online group training sessions.
The program is very mature and has almost every feature that you would need as a non-profit. There is good documentation and support is excellent from LGL.
This is in part due to a multi-audience setup and limit on the number of available contacts in Mail Chimp - which is a problem with Mail Chimp and not entirely due to LGL.
Everything they have promised they have delivered and more. They are incredibly responsive to our suggestions and their customer service is outstanding.
Quite hard to precisely know, which and how notifiactions will be sent, so sometimes you'll have to create a fake account, to actually see it.
I think that the benefits that I outlined in my previous submission best describe the best utilization of this software.
The UK searching fields by location are ridiculous - there are thousands of towns on there listed that I've never heard of - too many to make it of any use.
Ability to connect people themselves through the directory. Events capability and the new groups section are both terrific to use.
It is really frustrating to only have a few components on the homepage that can be edited and customized. It is very busy to look at visually and some features don't apply to us.
Excited to engage with our students and alumni both using the Graduway platform. We are only 3 weeks into the onboarding process and so far so good.
Inability of members to advertise or market their products or services on the platform. Homepage is too crowded.
Ellie B: My name is Ellie. I am the Director of Development and Operations. I give Little Green Light, a three from a scale of one to five. For more ratings like this, please click below. Before Little Green Light, we had an Excel spreadsheet, which is a really unprofessional way to keep donor data. So there was no way to track movement or to add comments in a sensible way. We chose Little Green Light because it is one of the most affordable CRMs on the market. And a lot of nonprofits had recommended the program to us to use. Transferring data from a spreadsheet to a CRM is always a little challenging, but once we got the data into Little Green Light, it wasn't terribly difficult to learn. And I found the customer support really helpful. If you are considering Little Green Light, my recommendation's to you are to use the integrations to the fullest, so that may include Constant Contact or Stripe. Having those third-party applications connected to your database will make your life a lot easier.
Whitney R.: Hi, my name is Whitney. I'm an assistant vice president and I gave Graduway five out of five stars. For more reviews, click below. We use Graduway primarily for two things. We run our annual giving day through their platform, and then we utilize their crowd funding solution as well throughout the year. What I like best about Graduway? It's actually a couple of things. One, they offer terrific customer service. Our guy, John, is very accessible, very responsive. And then the platform functions on pretty much any device and any search engine. So when users are looking on their laptop or on their iPad or phone, whatever it is, they're able to have a great experience interacting with our crowdfunding opportunities. There isn't really anything I dislike about Graduway. But one area for improvement I think would be around how you integrate funding that comes in from other sources into the totals that are displayed on the site around the different projects and programs that are being promoted. It's just a little time consuming. It's not a bridge too far, but it might be an area that they can improve upon.
