Logical functionality, most bang for the buck, superb customer service, ease of reporting, simplicity of gift upload, great synchronization with other vendors (Constant Contact and We Pay).
There are so many other features that could be included that would make this star star product but sadly they are missing.
Generous free trial period, helpful initial startup pointers, intuitive and easy to set up and use, fast and robust reporting, secure cloud hosting, great value.
The UI is probably the worst thing about it. It has a very out-dated look compared to a lot of newer website applications.
It is also flexible so that you can easily customize it to work for your own context. Their customer support is amazing; it is personal and responsive.
All the questions and problems I have had have been dealt with via their knowledge base, online training documentation and videos and their periodic online group training sessions.
The program is very mature and has almost every feature that you would need as a non-profit. There is good documentation and support is excellent from LGL.
This is in part due to a multi-audience setup and limit on the number of available contacts in Mail Chimp - which is a problem with Mail Chimp and not entirely due to LGL.
Fundraise Up is a great fundraising platform that offers helpful tools and fabulous customer service. My favorite thing about Fundraise Up is its ability to integrate with our CRM software.
It's hard to come up with anything to complain about with this software.
What I like the most about Fundraise Up is the ease of use. The insights page that opens up as soon as you login in is great and lets you know how your donations are looking for that month.
I got a few complaints about the way it captured data i.e. there were too many screens/steps.
I loved delpoying this platform for my campaign. It is easy to use and was fun to set up.
It is missing social fundraising piece or a Match piece.
Customer service is simply outstanding, the team is phenomenal and always willing to help. My clients have significantly increased in donations just by moving to FundraiseUp.
I can't say I've found a dislike, every time I start wondering what else can we do they launch a new feature.
Ellie B: My name is Ellie. I am the Director of Development and Operations. I give Little Green Light, a three from a scale of one to five. For more ratings like this, please click below. Before Little Green Light, we had an Excel spreadsheet, which is a really unprofessional way to keep donor data. So there was no way to track movement or to add comments in a sensible way. We chose Little Green Light because it is one of the most affordable CRMs on the market. And a lot of nonprofits had recommended the program to us to use. Transferring data from a spreadsheet to a CRM is always a little challenging, but once we got the data into Little Green Light, it wasn't terribly difficult to learn. And I found the customer support really helpful. If you are considering Little Green Light, my recommendation's to you are to use the integrations to the fullest, so that may include Constant Contact or Stripe. Having those third-party applications connected to your database will make your life a lot easier.
Savannah: Hey there. My name is Savannah. I'm a visual content strategist for OneHope. We're an international nonprofit and we love Fundraise up. We definitely give it five stars. So, I'm not the developer in this case. I work more on the front-end design. However, I know that we did not have really strong mobile-friendly fundraising integrations at all in our website before. So this is a new integration and it really opened up a lot of doors for us. Given our size, we should have had a much larger donation presence online, and we didn't. We were still receiving a lot of mail-in donations, physical donations, and so we wanted to increase our digital donation presence. But that needed to be mobile-friendly. It needed to be accessible for a lot of different payment methods like Venmo, Apple Pay, things like that. And so Fundraise Up ticked all the boxes. It was easily integrated into our website. It looks great on mobile, and it was just so easy to use, so we were thrilled. I thought it was extremely easy. Their website really lays out all of the different templates and options that you have, and if we ever had an issue, we could reach out to them directly. Definitely, I don't work on the embed itself, but as far as layout and working with it as a designer, it was extremely easy. And actually it saved me a lot of time because it automatically optimizes for mobile, so very easy to use. I really just can't recommend it enough. We saw a tremendous increase even within the first year in our donation rate, just because we made it easier for people to donate. It even has this function where it will follow the user if they started the donation process or if they were interested and then they dropped off. It will have a tag, follow them on the website, just not in an aggressive way, but in an encouraging way to say, "Hey, do you want to finish this donation process? Do you want to follow through?" And we've just seen great turnover through that. We've seen great results, and so I can't recommend the platform enough. It's intuitive. It makes the process easy, and we've seen the results.
