It is a lot to learn and it may be difficult for some people to fully understand the entire services they deliver -- Going through training webinars is most likely needed.

Getting started with AgoraPulse was incredibly simple. I had an onboarder who helped me to get everything set up, and then we did a training class with both me and my team. Everything went smoothly, and we really just enjoy using it a lot. My advice would be to just set aside some time, do some onboarding, definitely reach out to their customer service, they're fabulous, and be ready to start a great adventure. AgoraPulse was wonderful.
