EZO caters to the needs of different industries by making it easy for them to track all types of items, including IT assets, AV equipment, furniture, construction tools, and medical equipment.
Any organization with network mapping requirements. And PRTG/LucidChart clients that want to upgrade their network topology performance.
There is quite a variety of reports to run, was very easy to self-learn. I've only had to contact customer service a few times, and they are really awesome and responsive.
The import process was a little frustrating too because our spreadsheet headings were different, and the options were too limited.
The check in and out is super easy, reports are easy to do...its a great program for what I need, and the price is right on point.
The fact that you have to request one thing at a time (there is no ‘cart’ function) is frustrating because it means I have to open about 20 tabs/browser windows to request everything I need.
Overall I would recommend it, very few software that has an easy way to track inventory and assets. Their customer service is also one of the best.
What is a little inconvenient is when you add something to your card abs have to renter the dates and times you put in before.
I really love this product and its ease of use. I can keep all documentation together and appreciate the quick customer service when I have questions.
I dislike that the layout buttons are small and that I cannot sort equipment by type and instead have to scroll through.
The experience has been very good. The product has some very good features for mapping and backup.
Also, where line cross can be a little confusing.
Again, the hierarchical networks look great in the software. And the support has consistently been outstanding and very patient.
Also felt that mesh network mapping is little confusing.
It is a true partnership with our companies and we are thrilled with the support that we receive. We also feel that we have a voice in updates and are contributing to future features in the product.
It no did not always pick up the links between devices.
Yes, i have recommended UV explorer for couple of my clients and it have always satisfied the requirement in better way.
It seems to be complicated if your not aware of networking knowledge and also not so user-friendly GUI. There is no web application access as we need to login to UV Server all the time.
Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Brandi. I work for Missouri Western State University. I'm the administrative assistant for the Communication English department, and I give EZOfficeInventory a three out of five. We use EZOfficeInventory for inventory control of cameras, video cameras, tripods, equipment that the students use for the journalism courses that they are taking. One of the things that I like about EZOfficeInventory is the streamline effect. I may able to add members, in our case, students to each of the semesters for usage of the inventory, and it shows reservations, it shows if they're late, things like that. So it's very user-friendly for not only the office staff, but the students as well. Some of the things that I feel like that they could improve upon would be make it more user-friendly as far as students or the end user. It seems to be geared more toward a corporate environment, whereas the things that we use it for are equipment usage on the academic level. The things that I think could be improved upon would be perhaps sending out notifications if the particular equipment or inventory that's been checked out is past its due date. Things that could be also attached to that would be being able to send out reminders specifically to that member that has it checked out, and showing how many times they have been late on various other inventories that they have checked out in the past. Keeping a record of that for a particular student.
