The best thing about the product is their support; they are extremely helpful and very responsive. The pricing is also competitive, and the product is easy to use.

Initially this software seemed like a seamless integration to our MDM needs on our Samsung devices. Price seemed good, feature-set seemed perfect.
The mobile app doesn't include as many features as the web version. Besides that, nothing else in particular is bad about Hexnode.
It is very easy to try out the solution and they have a very responsive and sales and support team. For the basic features we are looking for like Kiosk and application lock, it works like a charm.
Can get complicated to set up and it can be difficult to find out how to do the things you need it to do.
The support is awesome, issues are resolved very quickly. The android app continues to improve with new features added almost weekly.
The name Hexnode is not very catchy and it's sort of hard to remember.
Can do what we need for work, like device menu view, ability to create own policies, flexibility with licenses, good tech support, ability to push apps.
The product has very few things that I dislike. The only limitation are based on the hardware of your mobile device.
I like that my work emails are protected and safe from anyone trying to access them. I like having access to my work from my phone.
Lock down those devices. Be Thoroughly Confused by how and why your doing it too.
Benefit: being able to stay on top of emails and respond to important ones if I’m not at work or near my laptop.
Slightly glitchy at times that could be annoying and interrupts work flow.
If your company using both windows and Mac, thats the best option. Good for mobile devices, android and iOS.
Using labels within the software to segregate or provide different options can be confusing and cumbersome.
Gregg C.: My name is Gregg. I'm president and CEO of Murray Lampert Design, Build, Remodel, and I give Hexnode a five. In the past, we were using Ivanti, formerly MobileIron, and we were not getting great support. The platform was not very user-friendly. We had a lot of issues with setup. And so we just decided to move on to another option. I chose Hexnode based on the recommendation of our IT provider, and they helped us roll out the program, and we now have about 50 subscribers on it and it works great. Hexnode was a lot easier to roll out than MobileIron. It really was pretty straightforward, and we were up and running in a very short amount of time. My advice for those who are looking to add a MDM program for their mobile devices is do your research and look at the cost per user and look at the ease of implementation of the program and the support that comes with it.
